Nope. Its members want to legalize the “responsible use of marijuana by adults.” And before you dismiss the members of the Northeast Indiana chapter of NORML as nothing more than a collection of addled potheads, you might want to consider some of their arguments – and the momentum their cause seems to be gaining.
Will Indiana one day join Washington and Colorado in sanctioning the recreational use of marijuana or the 23 states that currently allows its medicinal use? That remains to be seen, but chapter Executive Director Ben Schoch is passionate about the possibility.[Read More]
